As an integrative psychotherapist, I'm here to inspire you to develop a deeper sense of self-worth and self-acceptance. By cultivating self-compassion and prioritizing self-care, you can break free from the chains of people-pleasing behaviors and co-dependency. Trust in your instincts and have faith in your ability to make the right decisions and put your own needs first. 

 

I understand that life can be challenging, but I'm here to help you every step of the way. Together, we'll explore your attachment styles and past experiences to understand better why you may not have self-worth or feel inadequate. By practising self-compassion and allowing yourself to feel and express your emotions without judgment, you can learn to view vulnerability as a strength, not a weakness.

 

My integrative practice is grounded in the latest research and my vast clinical experience. I believe that every client is unique, and no single therapeutic approach can fully address the diverse and complex needs of each person. That's why I bring an array of therapeutic theories and approaches to my practice, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Adlerian approach.
