Therapy for Self‑Worth, Anxiety, Emotional Overwhelm, Couples and Families
Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of self‑doubt, people‑pleasing, emotional overwhelm or anxiety they can’t quite explain. You may feel disconnected from your needs, unsure how to set boundaries, or exhausted from carrying the weight of old wounds. Therapy can help you rebuild self‑worth from the inside out. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship patterns, or emotional overwhelm, therapy offers a space to reconnect with yourself and others.
I’m Sian, an integrative psychotherapist and former social worker, offering a warm, trauma‑informed space to explore what hurts and begin healing at your own pace.
If you’re unsure where to begin, you’re welcome to start with a free 15‑minute Taster Session.
Support for Couples & Families
I work with couples and families who feel caught in repeating patterns of conflict, distance, or emotional shutdown. Using an attachment‑based approach, we explore the deeper needs, fears, and longings that sit beneath these patterns, helping each person feel seen, understood, and emotionally safer with one another.
Therapy offers a calm, supportive space to slow things down, understand what each person is reaching for, and rebuild connection from the inside out — whether you’re navigating challenges as partners or within your wider family relationships. These sessions support you in moving from disconnection toward emotional safety, closeness, and a more secure way of relating.

Teenager and Adult Therapy
Compassionate, integrative psychotherapy for Teenagers and Adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties or emotional overwhelm. A calm, supportive space to explore challenges and strengthen emotional wellbeing.

Therapy in Schools (Including PEP- Funded Support)
Therapeutic sessions delivered within primary schools, including PEP‑funded support for looked‑after children. Collaborative work with teachers, SENCOs, carers and social workers.

Play Therapy
Play therapy for children aged 5–12 offers a gentle, child‑centred space where feelings can be explored through play, creativity and imagination. Children often express themselves more freely through toys, stories, art and movement than through words alone.

Life Story Work
Therapeutic life story work offers children, young people and adults a safe, supported space to explore their history, identity and experiences. Through this process, individuals can make sense of their past, understand how it shapes their present, and strengthen their sense of self and belonging. It can be especially helpful for those with fragmented memories, complex family histories or experiences that feel difficult to piece together.
Mind–Body Connection
Many people come to therapy because their emotions show up physically — tension, headaches, stomach issues, fatigue or a sense of being constantly on edge. In our work, we explore the mind–body connection so you can understand what your body is trying to tell you and begin to feel calmer and more grounded. We look at how emotional experiences live in the body and use gentle techniques to help restore balance and ease.

"Sometimes we just need someone to listen to us and validate us..."

What You Might Be Feeling Right Now
You may be carrying a quiet heaviness — the kind that comes from years of putting others first, doubting yourself, or feeling unsure how to express what you really need. Perhaps you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in old patterns, or noticing physical symptoms that don’t seem to match what’s happening on the surface.
Many of my clients describe feeling lost, disconnected, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Others come because their relationships feel strained, communication has broken down, or their family is struggling to stay connected.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and begin creating the changes you’ve been longing for.
