Hey there! As an integrative psychotherapist, I'm here to inspire you and help you develop a deeper sense of self-worth and self-acceptance. By prioritizing self-compassion and self-care, you can break free from people-pleasing behaviours and co-dependency. Trust in your instincts and have faith in your ability to prioritize your own needs and make the right decisions.

 

Life can be tough, but I'm here to support you every step of the way. Together, we'll delve into your attachment styles and past experiences to better understand why you may not have self-worth or may feel inadequate. Through practising self-compassion and allowing yourself to express your emotions without judgment, you can learn to see vulnerability as a strength, not a weakness.

 

My integrative practice is rooted in the latest research and my extensive clinical experience. I truly believe that every client is unique, and I bring a range of therapeutic theories and approaches to my practice, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Adlerian approaches.
