I’m Sian, an integrative psychotherapist based in the UK. My approach draws on CBT, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic Therapy to help you overcome challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and low self‑esteem. I focus on how past experiences and attachment patterns shape your present life, helping you build resilience, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self‑compassion.

My Story

Growing up, I faced challenges that left deep marks on my emotional well‑being. As a child, I went through experiences that were difficult to process, and they affected my ability to manage my emotions. As I grew older, I found myself battling overwhelming anxiety and panic attacks.

My self‑esteem took a hit, and I often felt lost in my own world of worry and fear. Forming close relationships felt impossible, and social anxiety became a constant companion.

For a long time, I believed there was no way out. I felt stuck in an exhausting cycle, unsure if I’d ever feel any different. But things began to change when I made the decision to seek therapy.

Therapy was like a light in the dark. It gave me the tools to understand my anxiety and begin working through it. I started recognising my triggers and, slowly, I learned how to manage my reactions in healthier ways. It wasn’t easy, but over time I began to feel more in control of my life.

If any of this resonates with you — if you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, uncertainty, or struggles in your relationships, I want you to know you’re not alone. I’m here to support you.

My goal as a therapist is to help you explore your emotions, understand your patterns, and begin building a stronger sense of self‑worth and peace. In our sessions, we look at the connection between thoughts, behaviours, and the body, and how they shape your emotional well‑being.

Together, we’ll work on creating healthier responses to life’s challenges so you can move forward with confidence and self‑compassion. You don’t have to face this journey alone — I’m here to help you find your path to healing.
