My Credentials

I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist, Social Worker, and safeguarding specialist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adults, couples, and families through some of life’s most complex and emotionally charged challenges. My practice is rooted in compassion, clinical insight, and a deep belief in people’s capacity to heal, grow, and thrive when met with the right support.

Over the past ten years, I’ve worked across statutory services, CAMHS, and private practice. I’ve supported individuals facing trauma, anxiety, substance use, bereavement, domestic abuse, identity struggles, and emotional dysregulation. I bring a calm, attuned presence to high-risk environments and am known for my ability to build trust with children and adults who may feel overwhelmed, withdrawn, or unheard.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and developmentally attuned. I draw on a range of modalities including Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, and Cognitive Behavioural approaches, tailored to the needs of each client. Whether I’m working with a child through play-based therapy or supporting an adult navigating grief or identity, I meet people where they are, with empathy, curiosity, and clinical clarity.

💬 What I Stand For

I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe enough to be real, where they can speak freely, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s going on inside. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all approaches. I believe in walking alongside people, helping them reconnect with their strengths, and supporting them to build lives that feel more manageable, meaningful, and true to who they are.

My work is grounded in emotional safety, relational trust, and a commitment to doing right by the people I serve. Whether I’m delivering therapy or stepping into leadership, I bring integrity, emotional intelligence, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, regulation, and reflective practice.

I’m not here to tick boxes, I’m here to create spaces where people feel safe, valued, and empowered. My goal is to support healing, promote resilience, and contribute to a culture of care that is ethical, inclusive, and child centred.
