My Credentials
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, Social Work practitioner, and safeguarding specialist with over a decade of experience supporting adults, teenagers, and families through some of life’s most complex and emotionally charged moments. My work is rooted in compassion, clinical insight, and a deep belief in people’s capacity to heal, grow, and thrive when they feel truly seen and supported.
Across statutory services, CAMHS, and private practice, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals navigating trauma, bereavement, domestic abuse, substance use, identity exploration, and emotional dysregulation. I bring a calm, attuned presence to high‑risk environments and am committed to building trust with those who may feel overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure where to begin.
My therapeutic approach is relational, trauma‑informed, and developmentally attuned. Drawing from Psychodynamic, Person‑Centred, and Cognitive Behavioural frameworks, I tailor my work to each person’s unique needs and pace. Whether supporting a teenager through identity and emotional intensity or an adult processing grief or trauma, I meet people where they are — with empathy, curiosity, and grounded clinical clarity.

What I Stand For
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe to be their authentic selves — a space where they can speak freely, feel heard, and begin to make sense of their inner world. I don’t offer quick fixes or one‑size‑fits‑all solutions. Instead, I walk alongside individuals as they reconnect with their strengths and build lives that feel manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who they are.
My work is grounded in emotional safety, relational trust, and a commitment to doing right by those I serve. Whether I’m offering therapy or stepping into leadership, I bring integrity, emotional intelligence, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, regulation, and reflective practice.
I’m not here to tick boxes. I’m here to create spaces where people feel safe, valued, and empowered — and to contribute to a culture of care that is ethical, inclusive, and genuinely person‑centred.
